Terms of Service
- Payment Terms: All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are fixed and non-refundable.
- Ownership: The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the completed work after full payment. Copyright remains with the freelancer unless otherwise agreed.
- Use of Materials: The delivered materials may only be used for the agreed-upon purposes. Any other use requires written permission from the freelancer.
- Limitation of Liability: The freelancer is not liable for any indirect losses or damages resulting from the delivered work. The client's maximum compensation will never exceed the amount paid.
- Refund Policy: There are no refunds for the purchase of hourly or daily rates. All sales are final.
- Revisions and Adjustments: Minor revisions can be agreed upon, but extensive changes may incur additional costs.
- Project and Design Files: Project and design files are not included in the price. These can be purchased separately if desired by the client.
- Breach of Contract: In case of non-compliance with this agreement, the freelancer reserves the right to cancel the agreement without a refund.
